Sometimes life and relationships we find ourselves in have a way of shifting our perspective that can create uncomfortable feelings, behaviours and thoughts. I am passionate about working with individuals in order to facilitate meaningful and lasting change. I have been a therapist for 30+ years and take pride in my ability to connect in a genuine way with a variety of clients and tailor my approach to best respect each person's potential, preferences, values, strengths and goals. I work from the belief that the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, compassion, acceptance, validation and understanding.
