Hi there, I'm Kane- I work with a range of clients including individuals, couples, hinge relationships, and polycules. I typically work with folks seeking a better understanding of themselves and their surroundings. We may be a good fit if you are looking for a blend of self discovery and more directive skills based approaches. I believe we are constantly balancing and negotiating between acceptance, validation, and change. My hope is for clients to gain insight into their current circumstances as well as to feel empowered with tools to manage stress, difficult emotions, and conflict.
