My clients are sensitive to the world around them. They feel emotions deeply and have big internal or external reactions. I work with children (ages 3+), teens, and families on their journeys to grow, thrive, and create lasting change. I play an active role in sessions by teaching skills, reframing negative thought patterns, building self-esteem, improving emotional regulation and increasing psychological flexibility. I support the unique traits of each child I work with to overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve emotional understanding and communication, leading to more positive and productive behaviors and outcomes.
