I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space where we gently explore your inner world through aspects of IFS, CBT, EFT, and Psychodynamic therapy. My approach is deeply relational, supportive, and rooted in the belief that every person carries within them the resiliency and wisdom to experience growth and self-actualization - yes, this means you too. Together, we’ll work to unburden painful parts, understand deep-rooted patterns, and reconnect you with your authentic self.
