Life has a funny way of pulling us in many directions at once. Becoming a parent, changing careers, moving, or navigating relationships can leave you feeling a little lost or disconnected. You may feel like you’ve quietly set yourself aside, or aren’t sure who you are right now. Maybe you’re also ready to understand this chapter of your life more fully. I came to this work through my own experience of navigating change, and I’ve learned the value of slowing down and turning inward. In our sessions, we make space for all of it. I’m here to listen, reflect, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with what matters most to you.
