I specialize in helping individuals, first responders, educators and caregivers navigate stress, grief, burnout, illness, injury, anxiety, and depression. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique experiences, creating a safe, healing space where you can process emotions, rebuild trust, and reconnect with yourself. I am also trained in SCA (Supported Conversations with Aphasia) and can support clients using communication aids or AAC devices to access counselling.
