I had hope in finding a therapist after being referred to this place by a friend. After completing an intake call through their Affordable Therapy Ontario branch, i've been waiting for someone to reach out to me. After 1 week, I emailed asking about the time process for getting matched with a therapist and was told a few days. Another week passes, and I email again and was told that it could take up to 3 weeks, and even requested to add more details to my profile to help with the matching process. I did this intake call on August 21, and till this day I have not heard back from anyone. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but after this experience, i'll unfortunately have to look elsewhere.
