I have provided therapy to children, youth, adults, and families for over 15 years. Clients often come to me when they are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, parenting challenges, difficulty managing strong emotions, or family conflict, I work to create a safe space where your voice is heard and your goals guide the process.
