As a therapist, my goal is to support you in gaining clarity and figuring out what your next best step is. I know first-hand what it's like to feel lost and confused about who you are and what you want, left with the question: now what? I hope together, we can navigate these challenges and help you achieve your goals one step at a time - you’re not alone in this. Clients I see are typically questioning or navigating their identities, particularly gender and/or sexuality, and trying to make sense not only of who they are, but also what that means in the context of their life.
