Hi I am Julia, (she/her pronouns) and the fact you are looking for therapy is an incredible first step. I have dedicated my career to helping adults and youth find there way back to themselves and out of really difficult, harrowing and challenging circumstances in their life. My career began supporting youth who were sex trafficked and has since organically evolved into supporting young people and adults living with the effects of trauma, sexual abuse, sexual assault, gender violence, depression anxiety, as well as a full spectrum of mental health concerns. I work with individuals of all genders and sexuality.
