Hello - I'm a registered psychotherapist in Toronto where I work in-person as well as virtually across Canada and internationally. And you? I completed five years of extensive psychotherapy training in the UK and previously served as Vice President at the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
