I have over thirty years experience working with people, first as a child and youth worker and since 2000 as a psychotherapist. My philosophy is that most people experience life challenges, mood problems and relationship issues from time to time. Since I believe that these things are normal I work to help clients work through issues that may be undermining their happiness and success and find ways to increase happiness and life satisfaction. I have great faith in the human ability to grow, learn and to come to peace.
