I am an EMDR-trained Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 19 years of experience working in addiction services and mental health, both as a Clinical Counsellor and a Clinical Supervisor. I work with adults and provide individual counselling only; I do not offer couples therapy. My clinical experience includes extensive work with the 2SLGBTQ+ community, as well as supporting individuals navigating addictions, mental health challenges, grief and loss, and trauma.
