I'm guessing that if you're reading this, you’re struggling with something, and while you probably know how it’s impacting your life, you may not know why. You’re wrestling with something, probably in silence, feeling disconnected from the world around you, and are unsure how to find your way back. This shows up through anger, turning to drink, drugs, porn or videogames as a distraction, lack of sexual integrity, people-pleasing behaviour, no joy or adventure in your life, worry, work dissatisfaction, and poor relationships with those you care about.
