I believe good therapy is based on a relationship of trust, honesty and authenticity, where the connection you build with your counsellor is understood as an important part of the process. As we work together, my goal is to support you to navigate and address challenges related to mental health, strained relationships, life transitions, identity questions and loneliness while figuring out what truly matters to you. Therapy shouldn’t feel like something being ‘done’ to you. Instead, I see it as an opportunity to honor your resilience and reconnect with the strengths, values and beliefs you feel best align with who you want to be.
