Many feel that their relationships, academic, or professional lives have become unmanageable because of stress, anxiety, or self-esteem challenges. Those with an ADHD diagnosis, or suspected ADHD, often grapple with feelings of overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, addictive behaviour, or a sense of not living up to their potential, while insomnia can rob us of our quality of life. As a therapist, I am here to help you find solutions to these problems. My clients often include working professionals, entrepreneurs, and students from the undergrad to PhD levels.
