Whether you’re moving through a big life change, carrying grief, struggling in your relationships, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I’m here to support you. Many of the clients I work with tend to be thoughtful and reflective, seeking understanding, direction, and a truer sense of themselves. They’re pursuing deeper self-understanding, a way to move past feeling stuck, and the ability to reclaim a sense of agency in their lives. Therapy with me is a space to be fully seen and supported, even in the midst of uncertainty or discomfort.
