I am a passionate, and committed psychotherapist and Social Worker with over five years of experience connecting with clients and helping them to address and overcome their unique mental health and wellness needs. I am motivated to positively impact the clients that I serve, and I have the experience working in the fields of mental health, youth learning disabilities, and homelessness. I have a passion for providing opportunities and creating safe spaces for racialized people to openly share and discuss their lived experiences and mental health challenges within a supportive and understanding process that is free from stigma.
