I am so happy you are here. It means you are taking the brave step to find support. All change starts with gentle curiosity. Both creativity and therapy have been a close part of my own personal and professional journey, as I have traveled through life. I provide safe and comforting space/support as people lean into this space. I am here to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, to learn new techniques as you move forward on your journey. I work with individuals (11+) and couples. I offer in person sessions in Winnipeg, MB, and online sessions in MB, ON, and AB.
