I am a Registered Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. My approach is to work collaboratively with individuals, couples and families on challenging psychosocial and emotional issues. I have extensive experience with diverse populations in a variety of settings including: child welfare, social assistance, housing, health and community care, crisis, mental health and addictions, youth outreach and anger management groups. I currently provide counselling for: stress/coping, managing change/life transitions, interpersonal and work related issues, anxiety/depression, grief/bereavement, addiction/mental health, chronic/acute illnesses, dementia, long-term care planning, caregiver stress and fertility issues.
