I work with issues of stress, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, shame, loss, grief, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, intimacy and effective communication. As a psychotherapist I recognize and respect the healing power of a trusting therapeutic relationship, and offer not only a caring but also an enquiring atmosphere, so as to promote and provide an emotionally safe space for inner exploration of difficult feelings, experiences and challenges.
