I don’t consider myself an expert who “fixes,” but rather a witness and ally in your healing journey. You have a unique combination of experiences, challenges, skills, and resilient qualities, and I’m only here to bring them out, where they can be most useful. To that end, I offer a range of approaches, support, and insights, and – most importantly – a space where you’ll feel fully seen, heard, and understood.
