In our lives we can have sadness, anxiety, anger, fears, work/ family stressors, negative self talk, and trouble setting healthy boundaries that sometimes are hard to navigate on our own. I want to provide you with a safe space to share and hopefully, together we can begin to find the best place to start making positive change! This type of therapy can also work well in conjunction with other therapy if you already have a regular therapist. Being a Certified Nurse (LPN) Psychotherapist, I can also support individuals with a well-rounded approach to health and can help you to navigate within the community.
