Hello, if you’re used to carrying things on your own or putting others first, I know how hard it can be to reach out. But if you’re here, you’re already inviting change—and you don’t have to face it alone. I provide services for individuals working through, but not limited to: developmental/attachment trauma, abuse, addiction, and interpersonal challenges. Many of my clients are navigating issues related to identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. I have a particular interest in working with clients diagnosed with ADHD & PTSD.
