When you’re carrying more than anyone can see—living with fear, tension, or instability in your daily life while old trauma still lives inside you, —I sit with you with the kind of compassion that comes from both clinical training and lived understanding of how vulnerable healing can be. I work with violence against women, complex trauma and suicidal ideation to help heal your experiences that are impacting the present moment. As a therapist and disability rights advocate/educator, I understand barriers and stigma. Together, we can create a space where your story is believed, your pain is honoured, and healing feels and is possible.
