Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns shaped by childhood experiences, cultural pressures, systemic oppression, and generational trauma. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, and relationship challenges. I bring a unique perspective through my work with men in federal prisons across Ontario, supporting individuals facing trauma, addiction, violence, and complex family dynamics. I also facilitated a 12-week group psycho-educational IPV program focused on accountability, emotional regulation, and what healthy relationships are for men.
