I have over 11 years of experience working with dynamic populations who have come to therapy to heal from a wide spectrum of traumatic experiences. I specialize in perinatal therapy with specific experience working with perinatal loss and birth trauma that considers shifts in identity that can accompany pregnancy, birth and perinatal loss. I have also worked closely with survivors of violence and childhood trauma, addiction and mental health survivors, as well as LGBTQIA+ youth and their families. I am passionate about helping trauma survivors honour their experiences as they move toward a place of self-discovery and healing.
