Welcome! I'm Jessica, a big sports fan, music lover, and mother to three busy boys, including twins. As a therapist, I support clients who may be struggling to cope with the stressors of everyday life, navigate life transitions, manage relationship issues, move through grief and loss, cope with occupational stress, or process unresolved trauma. I work with adults, couples, as well as families, and specialize in therapy for first responder, public safety personnel, perinatal (pregnancy/postpartum), military, veteran, and healthcare/frontline populations.
