I am a 15-year veteran and experienced leader in high-stress, high-responsibility environments. I understand what it’s like to appear capable and steady on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck inside. Ongoing stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or unresolved experiences can quietly shape patterns that no longer serve you. As a Christian, I offer faith-integrated counselling for those who want their christian faith respected and included in the healing process. Together, we work to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, explore the “why” behind your reactions, and build practical tools for change.
