You get through your day—at school, work, or home—but inside, it’s a different story. Your mind replays conversations. You second-guess what you said. You try to make sense of what you’re feeling, but the words don’t quite come, and it all starts to feel heavy. You might be used to carrying this on your own, telling yourself it’s not a big deal, or that you should be able to handle it.
