I would be a good fit for children, adults or groups who are interested or curious about how art and creativity can enhance the therapeutic process. I am a very open and understanding person who values body-based healing and work and will often ask participants to engage in mindfulness activities such as breath work, relaxation exercises and sounding. A good-fit client is open to the possibility of trying new techniques with the goal in mind of improving their mental health. Examples of activities could include meditation, trail walks or maker-type sessions.
