I’m Jennifer, a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work. My practice is dedicated to providing grounded and compassionate counselling for adults. I specialize in helping individuals recognize patterns of burnout, navigate self-criticism through realistic self-compassion, and rebuild communication styles that have fractured under chronic stress.
