Many are thoughtful, capable people who appear to have it all together but privately struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, overwhelm, or the impact of past experiences. Using a person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, I help clients develop emotional awareness, self-compassion, healthier relationships, and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change aligned with their values.
