I understand the weight of being highly attuned to others while constantly overthinking. At the same time, you may feel detached, on autopilot, or unsure of what you actually want. Questioning conventional narratives about love, success, and life can leave you feeling isolated or defective. Many of these patterns are forms of emotional survival, ways you learned to cope, stay connected, or get through. Our work together will be anti-oppressive, taking into consideration the systematic and cultural impacts, while empowering agency for change.
