Relationships are a central part of my work, but so is supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in difficult life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected, from themselves, from others, or from a sense of meaning, despite doing their best to cope. Through an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens, I look at how emotions and attachment patterns shape the way you respond, connect, and protect yourself. I offer a calm, grounded space to slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin shifting how you relate to yourself and others.
