I work with neurodivergent adults, kids & families including ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Gifted/2E. Many of my clients come to therapy after feeling misunderstood or given strategies that did not fit how their brain works. You may be navigating overwhelm, burnout, shutdown, masking, emotions that feel hard to regulate, parenting stress, or life transitions such as chronic illness, separation or divorce, or questions about life direction or meaning. Some have been told they are too much, not enough, or just not trying hard enough. Others are trying to make sense of patterns that do not change despite effort.
