A safe space to understand your patterns and move toward healing...I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use or recovery, depression, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or carry the lasting impact of difficult experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, creating a safe space where people can explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together we work to understand the patterns that developed to help you survive and support meaningful, lasting change.
