I am an experienced trauma therapist specializing in complex trauma and the lasting impact of attachment wounds and painful experiences. You may be feeling stuck, anxious, easily triggered, or overwhelmed. You may be navigating perfectionism, exhausted from people pleasing, spinning from a gaslighting experience, or struggling to connect with joy. I work with a limited number of clients at a time. Many are high achievers, entrepreneurs or creative souls who have tried other forms of therapy and are looking for something more effective.
