Hi I’m Jenna! An Ottawa therapist helping people who feel disconnected from themself & others, due to anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, & chronic pain. My practice is rooted in my belief that connection is the foundation of an abundant life, and no one needs to hold their 'stuff' alone (because life can be hard enough already). For over a decade, I have supported clients to make sense of their experiences & create a life they love. What this looks like is defined by you, but can include support with stress, emotions, overthinking, dating, making friends, conflict, people pleasing, perfectionism, or loved ones with addictions.
