I have over 25 years' experience working with children, individuals, couples and families. I collaboratively engage with people to strengthen their ability to gain new skills and improve their mental health. My sense of humour and empathetic approach assists me in connecting with adults and children alike. My clients appreciate my client-centred use of therapeutic modalities that focus on self-determination. I work from a strength-based perspective and believe in working in collaboration with clients to develop their own intrinsic potential. Clients can expect me to listen intently while co-creating a plan of support.
