Sometimes life can feel so hard. It helps to have someone to talk to. I have over 35 years experience working in the mental heath sector in Calgary, with the past 18 years spent at Alberta Health Services as a Mental Health Clinician working with older adults. I provide a holistic, client-centered approach, and use a variety of therapeutic modalities. I am particularly interested in helping people recover from trauma, grief and loss, using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). It is a non-invasive, evidence-based psychotherapy providing relief from distressing or traumatic images or memories.
