Hello! Welcome. I am an EMDR trained therapist with 10 years of experience supporting people on the journey of greater well-being and improved relationships. At times we can feel stuck, overwhelmed, and want to change painful ways of being, within ourselves or within relationships. I offer a warm and understanding presence, bringing humor and challenge as you discover new ways through difficult feelings, stressors, and relationship challenges. I use an integrative approach that considers mind, emotions, and body in the context of relationships, and have a deep respect for the innate wisdom and strengths of each individual.
