In my practice, I use a holistic process that is client-centered, neuro-affirming, & strength-based, incorporating insight from Eastern & Western philosophy, psychology, social work, & the arts. This framework ensures that we select accessible tools, resources, & mediums that resonate & support your current needs. It is my goal to help clients address difficult questions, work through challenging thoughts, emotions, & behaviors, & make well-informed decisions that support their goals & overall wellbeing. My research & practice focus primarily on autism, ADHD, dual diagnosis, anxiety, stress, education, employment, & relationships.
