I find that people seeking help from a therapist are often overwhelmed by unresolved issues from their past or find themselves in a toxic relationship that leaves them drained and unsure of themselves. Or they are experiencing a heaviness that makes everyday life feel muted or difficult to move through. These experiences are the reason why I strive to offer my clients a space where we slow things down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface. I firmly believe therapy should help you function as your best self, find resilience through personal strengths, and draw strength from your environment.
