I'm an Associate Therapist specializing in treating gambling addiction, helping men and adolescents struggling with addictive behaviors. My goal is to help you break the patterns that aren't serving you, explore what's driving them, and move toward the goals and values that are important to you. Using mindfulness-informed, evidence-based approaches, I support clients in understanding what's fueling their behavior, recognizing triggers and urges, building healthier coping skills, and working through the emotional weight that comes with making real change.
