Healing begins the moment you allow yourself to be seen, heard, and supported. I believe that sensitivity is not a weakness. Rather, opening up is an act of courage. It takes emotional strength to share your story. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain. I strive to make therapy a place where pain is met with compassion and vulnerability becomes a source of strength. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions out of Mississauga, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
