I aim to provide a warm and supportive space for therapy—one that encourages vulnerability, insight, and growth. I give great importance to the therapeutic relationship, and I approach our work as a collaborative journey. Together, we explore patterns, deepen self-awareness, and move toward change and self-acceptance in a way that feels meaningful and personal. Central to this work is supporting clients in deepening their relationship with themselves—fostering self-trust, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of wholeness.
