I am a mental health clinician with over 20 years experience. I work with adults, either individually or in groups, in a therapeutic setting to facilitate change. I believe in working with you to establish your therapeutic goals in a supportive and non-judgmental way. I use a person-centred approach that focuses on your strengths to help you achieve your personal recovery. I specialize in the areas of depression, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychosis, situational crises, workplace stress, vicarious trauma, grief, and addictions.
