Creating a space for pre-teens, teens, and young adults to explore the emotions that might have felt too heavy to carry, and too overwhelming to face alone. Whether your story includes trauma, anxiety, feelings of being stuck, struggles with eating disorders, relationship challenges, codependency, a desire to explore your own identity, or any of the many facets of life that impact us, healing and growth are possible. In this space, my goal is to support you in healing wounds, learn supportive coping skills, better understand feelings, and unlearn the patterns that no longer serve you, and instead learn to envision your wholeness.
