I support youth, and young adults/professionals who are aiming to learn new ways of accepting complex emotions, reducing emotional distress, improving emotional regulation, and increase meaning in their lives. I aim to help clients master effective coping skills to develop independence, confidence, and accomplish their life goals. Fostering a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is a fundamental component of my practice. I strive to create a secure base in my therapeutic relationships that allows for collaboration, while promoting a balance of acceptance and change in each client’s individual journey.
